Certified crazy cat lady! 😻
I've had cats, dogs, reptiles, fish, rats, horses, you name it! I love all types of animals, my pets are my family! In the past, I've taken several semesters of vet tech courses, assisted at a vet's office, and was on staff at a local cat rescue. Speaking of, cats are my passion, but I am very happy to accomodate your other furry or scaley friends! I send updates/pics every visit-I know how important it is to have peace of mind when you are away! I am responsible, reliable, and will care for your animals like they are my own.

Marissa was great! Both of my cats are very leery of strangers. They are very stranger danger but one of my little girls did come out and greet her will definitely use Marissa again!

I couldn’t be happier with the care Marisa provided for my two cats while I was away. From the start, communication was easy and prompt. Marisa took the time to meet my cats beforehand, which put me at ease too. During my trip, I received daily updates and adorable photos that showed how relaxed and happy my cats were. One of my cats is a bit shy, but Marisa was patient and gentle, and by the end of the stay, even she was coming out for cuddles! The litter boxes were kept clean, food and water bowls were full and fresh, and my home was just as I left it. It’s such a relief to find someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile. I’ll definitely be booking Marisa again in the future! Highly recommend!
Marisa was a professional checking in and caring for our cat while we took a long weekend. She was on time and was detailed in her check ins. I would totally recommend and plan on hiring her again for our next trip!

Schedule
Currently taking limited bookings within my immediate neighborhood, any types of animals are welcome as long as they are a tiny bit flexible in scheduling!! Please book at least 5 days in advance for drop in's. I cannot accommodate dogs with aggression issues, my specialty is in cats and cat behavior. I require a meet and greet for all new clients, so I can see the pets routine and get to know them first, so please keep this in mind when booking last-minute! Feel free to message me with any questions, and I look forward to meeting your furry friends!!

Drop-in visit requests for cats, or dogs that do not have any aggression issues are welcome! Difficult cats are OK! Message me with your needs!!

A typical day
I like to hang out outside if you have a fenced in yard to play fetch, or relax if your pup is low-key. I am more than happy to entertain your kitties, whether that's with their favorite toys, treats, or cat-games on my phone for mental stimulation!!
