Pet care experience
When I was 10 I started a neighborhood pet setting business! I have worked in animal shelters and wild animal sanctuaries. I started school for Veterinary Science in which I have a pre-med degree, but ended up switching to Nursing after taking care of my father during his battle with cancer. I worked as an Oncology nurse in Michigan until I moved to Florida for my husbands job. I have two cats and a German Shepherd. My GSD has hip dysplasia and requires medical devices and a ton of medications (in which i am comfortable giving to any pet). I have also become knowledgeable in training since my GSD is a working dog and required a ton of it!

Maris did an awesome job with drop-in visits for our cat. The communication was very good, she kept us updated with pictures every day. I would recommend her to anybody and will look forward to work with her again in a future. She's a super nice and professional person, you can tell she loves animals.
Maris was wonderful. She came to meet the dogs the day before the series of check-ins scheduled. Maris was prompt each day and spent quality time with our two Frenchies (who can be high spirited). We are extremely pleased with her care for our dogs and will most definitely book her again!

No home services due to my disabled dog unfortunately. He would end up getting way too excited and hurting himself, the poor thing. But I would love to come to your house and see your babies!

I am comfortable with all dogs and cats, big or small! It would be helpful to know if cats liked to be picked up, or how to approach your dog.
A typical day
I love taking my dog one walks it is such a good enrichment activity! I of course encourage good behavior, but it is so important for dogs to stop and smell things along the way!

Availability
I had my baby! He is 4 months old now. I am not working at the moment and won’t be for a long time! My husband can usually come home early from work to watch the baby so I can visit your animals!
