Hello! My name is Maris and I have been around animals my whole life- my family has had dogs since I was little, I’ve taken care of friends pets from lizards to hamsters to cats and dogs- and now I have my own dog! Animals make life so much more fun and I would love to work with yours! I have taken care of puppies to senior dogs, feeding/waking/etc. I am working from home for now so am very flexible with my hours and can check in on your furry friends multiple times a day or stay with them if necessary! We always feel good leaving Bo with Maris. She does a great job of keeping us posted how he’s doing & sending pics. She is good with him & is really patient with him since he is a senior dog. He always looks forward to staying with her!!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or preferences before booking- I am very open to taking care of dogs with almost any need, but like to be able to plan ahead and be prepared. I am happy with about any energy level of dog :) my dog is very high energy, so we love to play fetch and go on long walks, and I give her puzzle toys and other enriching activities!
A typical day
I love taking care of dogs in all ways! Walking in good areas with lots of smells, I know where all the good water spots are in town, and love to play with enriching toys for them! My dog loves the hose and playing in water so that’s also always an option :)

Availability
Pretty flexible! I work from home 4 out of 5 days a week, am in the office part of the day on Tuesdays. I have some weekend trips and try to put them on my calendar as soon as I can. I can do lunch walks, stays at your house, etc.
