Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs and other pets since I was little. Love taking care (walking, daycare, boarding, etc.) of families and friends dogs too and fostered a sweet dog with anxiety for a year. I've raised my own dogs from young puppies through their senior years, all that have past the rainbow bridge were well into their late senior years (14-almost 17years). I have experience with puppies (house training, etc.) and (incontinent) seniors and all ages in between (5lbs-125lbs). Have administered medications and given insulin shots as well. I have two young dog friendly dogs (doodles) that love doggy play dates. I have a Dog Walking and Dog CPR/First Aid certificate, because all dogs well being is very important to me!

Marion is great dog sitter. She sent pictures almost every day of Barney on his walks. Barney and Marion got alone famously, and Barney has a great deal of separation anxiety. Marion is A number 1 in my book for dog sitter.
Marion has taken care of Minty multiple times now and we couldn't be happier with the service. Marion is caring, thoughtful, kind, and we know Minty loves staying with her and her dogs! She is exceptional with communication, responding quickly to any messages and keeping us regularly updated with photos. Minty always returns home happy and healthy (and tired from playing!). We are very grateful to her, and we of course recommend Marion if you are looking for someone to take care of your dog.
Marion was wonderful. Sent updates throughout the day and remembered particulars about my dogs profile so she could make sure he was well cared for.

Safety is my #1 priority! My front and back yard are fully fenced in (and dogs are never left unattended in the yards) I have AirTags for my doggy guests (have never had a dog take off and hope I never will, but am prepared in case) also have a Ring camera in my house and outside (I check the camera’s occasionally while I’m gone to make sure everyone is doing well, usually they’re napping after a busy morning ☺️) and have two friendly play mates for your dog(s). While boarding/ daycare at my house (family style) your dog(s) will play, go on walks/hikes and/or the beach too! Dogs are allowed on the furniture (and bed) and I have crates (small and medium) and/or playpen available if your dog is used to them or if you're crate training but they are optional. I have a reliable SUV (Ford Escape) and can come to your house for walks/hikes/beach fun or pet visits. I have doggy seat belts for your dogs’ harness if preferred.

A typical day
Most mornings I hike with my doggy friends and their pups and take your pup along whenever possible, I also like to go to the beach, dog park (if they are used to them) and/or play fetch, dig (I have a sand dig area) water play in kiddie pool, or play with friends in my back yard. I believe a tired dog is a happy and better behaved dog and dogs need exercise, play time, and time to sniff all the pawsome smells there are! In the afternoons they usually rest (while I go to work on weekdays) in the evenings we go for a 20-30 minute walk around my neighborhood. Boarders have options to sleep on dog beds, couch or my bed (crates for dogs that sleep in their crates at home).

Availability
I work weekday afternoons, but am available to board your dog if they are okay left alone for a few 3-5hrs hours. Also can walk/hike/beach time with your dog(s) in the mornings up until 1/1:30pm or evenings and weekends. I do private walks or small groups. If you like your dog to have a playdate with my dogs they can play in my fenced in yard or we can go to the dog park or beach together! Lots of options around here! I also do boarding and daycare at my house (dog friendly dogs only. Daycare rates are for up to 10 hrs/day (from booked drop off time) additional fees apply after 10 hrs. If you only need one drop off or pick up it’s $20. Hope to see you soon 🐾
