Not a suitable walker for a puppy. Walked my 9 month old puppy 0.3 miles in 30 minutes because my puppy was nipping and barking. I would expect more from someone who voluntarily walks a puppy. He was also very unprofessional in his communication on my Rover card. Would not recommend for a puppy, but probably fine with an older dog.

Mario was courteous, prompt and flexible. Even though I changed the nature of the booking as our plans changed, Mario was always quick to accommodate and put us at ease. We liked that he was right in our neighborhood, which made pick up and drop off available. And even though our flight was delayed and we didn't get to his place until 11:30 PM, he made arrangements so that we could pick up our pup. Overall a great experience for us and our dog seemed placid as ever upon his return home.
