In my 67 years, I was only about 20 years without a cat and/or a dog. They are a continuation of the family, enriching our lives.

Information Marinus S. would like to know about your pet
I need to know if the dog is friendly and sociable towards other dogs. Children often want to pet dogs, especially if they are cute so I need to know if the dog is child-friendly and/or easily spooked.
A typical day
I like to keep to well-kept paths as we do not want to encounter animals/critters that may harm the dog in my care. I will consider off-leash walks in designated areas once we have bonded and I am sure the dog responds to my voice commands. On regular walks, I'll allow the dog to sniff and discover at his/her own pace, unless I am requested to burn energy.

Availability
I am retired so I can be available pretty much when needed. However, I do have a preference for the time between 9 am and 6 pm.
