Pet care experience
I have always been around animals since my childhood, because I grew up in the country side. My grandparents always had a dog and a cat. We got our first family dog when I was 8 years old. And we always had several cats. When I was young I was going fishing to the near river and all the village cats would follow, because they knew they will get fed. I started helping at the local animal shelter and in that time I adopted my boy. He was 2 years old Jack Russell mix. He was a scared and gentle soul. Always craving for closeness and cuddles. That was also the time I started to walk neighbors dogs. I enjoyed being outside with them. Since we had forest behind our village it was amazing to see them run free. I always make a quick and strong bond with animals everywhere I go. Seems easier for me than with people. � Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to my baby 2 years ago due to his sickness and I still miss him terribly.

Marina has been so great to have in our home, especially to care for my 16 year old Vizsla who needs a little extra care as she gets confused. She has a great attention to detail where it counts. We were away for 10 days at a very busy time and Marina anticipated needs and reached out to offer her help while we were away. Trust is a high value thing, and we've got it with Marina.
There are not enough words to describe how wonderful and sweet and kind Marina is. De was the reason I could fully enjoy my vacation. From the start I got a great vibe from Marina. Her energy is so calm and that is exactly what my dog Ino needs. He is a very sensitive and sweet dog with a few issues but with Marina he felt safe and happy. What else can I ask for! It was very hard for me to leave my boy with someone else, but once we met Marina I had no doubt that everything would be fine. Everyday she sent me videos and photos of Ino, who looked so calm, happy and full of joy. She took him to the woods, the heather, to the pond to swim and they spent a lot of time having fun outside of the house. For my dog it was a great holiday as well and that’s all I wanted. We already agreed that she will come to my house in the future to take care of Ino if needed. We gained a friend! So if you are looking for a loving, sweet, calm and trustworthy sitter for your furry friend, stop looking and book this girl. She is absolutely amazing!!
Marina handled pepper really well. He is a rescue puppy so needs a little bit more attention to calm down. She was perfect with him. He enjoyed the company a lot. I will definitely book her again in future
Marina was lovely! The boys really enjoyed their time with her. She found a dog park near us and our two boys were able to get all their energy out. They are so happy and healthy. We’re very happy with Marina and will book with her again

I would like to know how your dog is with other dogs and other animals? Can the dog be off leash? Does they have any allergies? Do they need any medicine? What triggers them? Any bad behavior?
A typical day
I believe that a dog needs a plenty of exercise. If they lack the exercise they have build up energy that they can project into unwanted behaviour. Like destroying the property. Thats why I love long walks with playing fetching the ball to tire them as much as possible. I also believe they need to be mentally challenged if the physical activity isn't the option. Like hiding treats in toys, etc.

Availability
For the LAST MINUTE bookings (booking for the same day) I charge 15€ extra. I am based in Amsterdam, but I am open to travel around the Netherlands for house sitting as long as my travel costs are reimbursed. If you have a working wi-fi that I can use while I work from home, I can come to your home and keep company to your pup. Or do overnights. Long walks in the park or wherever you usually take your dog out.
