Hi! My name is Marina, and I love animals with my whole heart. I have grown up with pets, and currently own and care for 2 dogs, 8 cats, and a turtle in the house. Aside from having pets at home, I have graduated Essex North Shore Technical and Agricultural School, and was enrolled in the Companion Animals program. Not only have I learned animal husbandry there, but were also taught grooming and training. If you are interested, I have started my own house-call grooming business. This means that instead of you bringing your pet to a salon, I will go to YOUR HOUSE with all my tools and supplies to groom your pet. Feel free to reach out personally! I will always try my best to provide your canine or feline children with the best care. As a side note: I am a burn survivor, which explains my appearance. Wether I am grooming a client or just relaxing at home, my life is full of pets for whom “care” varies from cleaning up their messes to showering them with affection-filled scratches and engaging them in play time. “You are unique; just like every body else.” I take this quote to heart when caring for my own pets, as well as each and every one of my clients’. This means that I take the time and patience to get to know your pet and his or her needs individually, and allowing them to do the same with me. Sometimes they just need a little space! In addition, if your pet has any special needs—like medication or just some help up the stairs— I will be more than happy to assist. Just be sure to let me know ahead of time as mind-reading does not happen to be one of my numerous skills and talents ;)
