Before I start watching a pet, it’s really important for me to know a few key things to keep them safe, happy, and comfortable: • Health & Medical Info: Any allergies, medications, or medical conditions. • Behavior & Personality: How they interact with people, other pets, or strangers; any fears or triggers. • Daily Routine: Feeding times, walks, naps, and play preferences. • Rules & Boundaries: Furniture access, where they like to sleep, or habits they should maintain. • Emergency Contacts: Vet info and owner’s preferred plan in case of an emergency. Knowing this ahead of time helps me give each pet the best care and ensures a stress-free experience for everyone.

When I watch pets, I make sure they get plenty of mental and physical stimulation! Some of the activities I enjoy doing with them include: • Playtime: Tossing balls, playing fetch, or tug-of-war for dogs; dangling toys and interactive games for cats. • Walks & Exploration: Going on walks or short hikes to let them sniff and explore safely. • Cuddles & Relaxation: Some pets just love snuggle time, brushing, or gentle petting. I love tailoring activities to each pet’s personality so they’re happy, stimulated, and safe while their owners are away.
