My home is very dog friendly. I have a doggie door that goes out to a large fenced shady yard. I tend to spoil my pets so dogs are treated like family, they are allowed on furniture and bed, given a lot of individual attention and petting. All treats or food fed to pets is produced in USA, nothing from China. My vet is Dr Bradshaw of Mineola, I've used him for the past five years, his office is located approximately 5 minutes from my home. I have a couple living me that have 2 dogs, I have 2 dogs and then a friend is staying with me that has a dog so there are 5 dogs living here full time. They are Ginger, a 15 years old Shih Tzu that is still in good health but sleeps a lot. Her snoring can heard throughout the house. Then there's Sissy, a 12 year old toy poodle. She's basically in good health but has a coughing problem due a collapsing esophagus. Her main goal in life is to notify the household whenever anyone goes into the kitchen. Next is Pepper, an 8 year old min-pin. Very low keyed, loves to be petted and brushed. Her goal in life is to get rid moles or gophers in the yard. Then there's Dexter. He's 3 years old and of mixed hertiage. We were told he's part poodle and part yorkie but not so sure of the yorkie part so we call him a "whats-it". His goal is to warn us of anyone trespassing within sight of our yard. So far, he's saved us from the postman, UPS, Fedx, neighborhood cats and neighbors. Last of all, there's Aspen. He's a rescue of mixed hertiage, about 4 years old. Everyone falls in love with Aspen, he's beautiful, well mannered and very loving. All of our pets get along well and their weight range between 11 lbs to about 25 lbs. All are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
