Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a teenager and loved the experience! I worked at an animal shelter and trained dogs with disabilities twice a week. I helped dogs who had behavioral issues become socialized to people and other animals. Overall, it helped me gain experience with a variety of dogs.

Marilyn was a great sitter for our Charlie. She was very responsive and responsible and kept us posted with how Charlie was doing and sent pictures. We hope to be using her again soon!!

I make sure to keep my full attention to the pets whenever I care for them. I stay on schedule of their meals, daily walks and make sure to keep any food/items out of reach. I also love playing with the pets and providing fun times!

I would like to know if a dog has severe behavioral issues such as aggressiveness ahead of time. Also if the dog is in need of any special kind of treatment such as taking medication at certain times would be greatly appreciated.
A typical day
I typically like to start off with a morning walk then give a small treat if allowed to do so. Then I like to have interactive toys that the dog can play with and give them the attention they need. Towards the evening, I do another walk and maybe go to a local park as well and let the dog have fun outside.

Availability
I am able to provide overnights but can work with check ins as well. I’ve worked mostly with cats and dogs. During the weekdays, I work from 10-6 so I am able to walk doggies in the morning and evening. I love cuddles and playing with pets for fun 🤩 I make sure to clear my schedule when it comes to pet care days!
