She started out good and the last week started coming in late 1 hour to 2 hours without notifying me, I had to ask her why she was coming in late to walk my puppy. Every time I would message her she would take days to answer, but today she really over did it. She texted me around the time she was going to pick up my dog to tell me she was no longer walking my dog she had some emergency and was already in Brazil at that very moment....wouldn't you text before you left to tell me this??? So you let me know last minute while you are already out of the country and I have nobody to walk my puppy. You don't do that. Very disappointed and upset that there is no consideration what so ever.

Marília was amazing! She treated my dog like he was her own. She was professional, kind and gave frequent updates. She sent lots of pictures of my dog during his stay. She was also very accomadating when I had to extend my dogs stay last minute. I would highly recommend Marília!
