Walk/run, day/night - Home FT!

Pet care experience

I work from home FT in a company that LOVES dogs. I've got one amazing little guy (Max) of my own and love to add to his friend list! Max and I fully believe in having multiple walks a day to relax, stretch, and stay healthy, and want to offer the same to your pooch. I also enjoy running, but with Max at just 8lbs he's not the best partner, so I will gladly run with your dog if running is an enjoyable activity for your pooch! My experience with dogs is with a variety of sizes/breeds. I grew up with a golden retriever. I've had Max (Maltese) for 8 years. Max and I both have dog sat (although if your dog is not as keen to making new friends, no worries, Max can stay home while I care for your pet) a variety of family and friends dogs over the past 10 years.

Marikaye is great - very flexible with what Lucy and I needed while I was getting used to a new puppy and while Lucy was getting situated in her new home. Marikaye was easy to get in touch with and was always prompt with responses. I would definitely recommend her and will book her again in the future as needed.

Marikaye is an excellent dog sitter. She has cared for my two VERY large dogs on multiple occasions. I have a 55 lb male collie mix, who I adopted from the SPCA, and a 105 lb female Bernese Mountain Dog. Both can be a handful at times; she has handled them with great care. She provided them with food, water, and exercise. Marikaye was also able to provide extra care for my Burner who has a pancreatic disorder that requires her to take medicine with every meal. Also, Marikaye's dog, Max, was a great friend to my dogs. There were never any issues when all three were together as Marikaye is a responsible dog owner who understands her own dog's temperament and needs. Whether it's for a few hours or an entire weekend, Marikaye is the First person that comes to mind when I need someone to watch my dogs.

Well, simply put, Marikaye was a my go to person for keeping our dog when my family went away for a weekend or a week long vacation. I knew Marikaye to be a dog lover as she spoke quite often to me about her own dog and thus this was an easy choice. We found Max to be well cared for and even pampered in our absence. Marikaye is extremely responsible and loving and I would highly recommend her to anyone who loves their dog enough to want the best for them
