Looking for play buddies for Duke
Pet care experience
Although I have had pets in the past, me and my 12 year recently became a pet owner again. We absolutely love all kinds of animals and love going on walks, with our doggy, and love playing as much as any pet wants us to. Our Lab is 2 years old and loves people and all other animals. He loves to play tug of war and make new friends. We live in a town house that is two stories, with a pond in the back but we do not have a fenced in area. However, this does not stop us from having a good time. We go to the dog park several times a week for some good fun and a chance to simply run a bit.

Marie was wonderful with my dog while I was on vacation !! She communicated with me daily and my dog loved her ! She made him feel right at home ❤️
Marie has dog sat for me on many occasions and my dog Oliver adores her. She made it very easy for me to go on vacation and leave him. She sends me photos during his stay and reassures me he is doing great.

Duke has some anxiety and is a bit of a loner. He does much better with dogs who are smaller than him or at least dogs that aren’t to hyper.
A typical day
We get up around 6:00 and immediately head out for a morning walk, anywhere from 2.0-45 minutes. Upon getting home, we eat and then play a little tug of war……through the day we lounge and are able to go in and out the back door in (secured) balcony to watch the geese play and fly in the pond out back. On nice days we will head off to the doggy park around 4:30 to play with all our friends for at least an hour. On really hot days, we stop by and get a pup cup from sonic.

I work a full time job but most days I work remotely and can make my own schedule which allows me flexibility to walk my dogs and those I care for often.
