Since I do work at a dog groomers, I have been educated on how important vaccinations are for everyone’s health and safety. I just kindly ask that I can see proof of updated rabies and and any other shots. I don’t want to risk passing anything on to my own pups or the dogs and cats at work. I can work with all breeds, as long I do not feel threatened by the dog, itself.

I usually go around the neighborhood the dog knows so I don’t take the animal out of it’s comfort zone and will go for about a mile or so. Depending on time and weather, I can go longer. And I may do a small, quick sprint for a larger dog, or dogs with more energy. I have been to a seminar for dog grooming and I am a certified “Bather/Brusher”, that also taught helpful skills and knowledge for what do to in certain situations.
