I'm a social worker by trade, providing support to humans, but have a very special place in my heart for animals! I have been fortunate to own medium and large dogs for the past 13 years, and have acquired knowledge of dog behavior through basic training classes and forming relationships with other dog owners. I've owned 2 dogs adopted from a shelter, one of which was deaf and another that was significantly dog selective. My current resident canine is also particular about her canine (and human) friends. I prefer a meet and greet with you and your dog prior to forming a caregiving relationship, and to discuss your individualized needs. This may include plant watering, or whatever else you may need as I check in on your furry family members. I look forward to meeting you and your pets soon! (Felines included!)

Marie is fantastic with both of our dogs Zoey and Bella. She is always quick to respond to our requests - most very short notice (same day) and is happy to let the girls out for us. Marie spends ample time with the girls, letting them play in the backyard. She is comfortable with feeding, making sure our girls stay separate - never have had any issues. I would recommend Marie to anyone looking for a sitter - she is fantastic and really cares about the dogs!
Marie is a very trustworthy, caring, and competent dog caregiver. Her knowledge and love of dogs is evident right when you meet her. I have had Marie walk my pup and come to my house to let him out and give him some love while we were away. Having someone you can trust and who is responsible means the world to me. If you’re looking for someone you can count on, who loves dogs, and is super sweet, then Marie’s the dog sitter/walker for you!

I have had a number of pet sitters over the years, and no one I trust more than Marie. She loves dogs (I have one dog), is an owner, and understands and appreciates them. She is mature, wise, courteous, and supportive. She is as flexible as she can be, and always responds to pet sitting requests promptly. I never worry about my dog--who is elderly-- or my house when Marie is there. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
