Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs and have trained several of my own dogs and have guided others in their training pursuits. I am a Licensed social worker and use my understanding of human behavior combined with my study of dog behaviors to provide compassionate, reliable care for your pet. I currently have two girls (dogs) of my own, one a rescue 4y/o and a 10 year old who I call my "permanent toddlers". They are well trained and are treated like family. Recently I had someone house sit who said "what well behaved dogs you have". I am kind, and love and respect all animals big and small. Your pet will be provided with reliable care as if they are my own.

From the moment Marie stepped out of her car, I knew that she was going to be wonderful! Soft spoken and kind, I was nervous about Charlie being an older dog and just having moved here, it took him a long time to adjust. Marie has 2 dogs of her own and I couldn't believe how wonderfully they got along! Charlie had so much fun that he literally came home a different dog! Happy, exhausted but with such wonderfully healthy energy that we can't wait to send him back! She obviously loves dogs and treated Charlie like one of her own.
Marie was the perfect host for our little Coco! She was great in communicating both before and during the 2-day session. She arranged for us to have a Zoom meeting before the sitting, where we got to know her a bit and vice versa. She graciously offered to pick up and drop off Coco when we arrived and departed, which made our lives much easier logistically. During the sitting she sent us updates and photos so we knew out little one was doing well. Highly recommend. Thanks Marie!
Marie is very responsible and caring. She provided multiple updates and she made our dog feel right at home. I highly recommend her for pet sitting. She does a great job and your pets will love her too:)

A typical day
I love to go on plenty of walks and hikes with my dogs. My dog is very active and high energy so I like to provide plenty of sniff time and exercise for her and your dog. We especially love walking the beaches in the fall and winter!
