Pet care experience
Ever since I was a little girl I have had a great love for animals of all shapes and sizes, especially dogs! Growing up I always had dogs of my own at home and have been dogsitting for many years now. Additionally, during my college years I had a job with Wag, an NYC based dog walking service, so I have a lot of experience with pups of all different sizes, breeds, and ages! I believe pets should be provided with not only food and water, but lots of love as well. My schedule and rates are flexible, and I would very much like to make life easier for you and your dog(s) in any way that I can! Feel free to contact with inquires at any time :)

I don’t really want anyone else to know how great Marie is because keeping her a secret means she’s free when I want to leave town! I think that says it all. 10/10 recommend
I’m really happy to have found Marie to stay with my fur babies. They were clearly happy in the daily pictures she sent. My reserved, often aloof girl was belly up asking for scratches and my lively boy looked happy. Marie’s communication was wonderful from my first request until she touched base before leaving my house. They were thrilled to see us when we arrived home but not clingy or stressed. 10/10 recommend.
Marie was great with my two dogs! She took them for walks and fed them as requested. She was on time. And she had an amazing calming affect on my two-year-old Australian Shepherd. She gave me a great peace of mind while being gone for a long day.
Marie always takes such good care of my fur babies!

I can only imagine that inviting someone who you don’t know very well to stay in your home can be seen as a nerve-racking experience. It is of utmost importance to me that both you and your pet feel safe and confident that I will be a reliable as well as respectful caretaker of your space. Whatever you need me to do, I will take care of it!

I love to know what their normal routine is so that I can stick to that as best I can (Regular feeding, bathroom times, etc.). It is also helpful to know if there are any fearful triggers for them so that I can do my best to avoid those (or can prepare in case they do come up). Whatever information you would like to give, I am happy to learn!
A typical day
I know it is important to keep your dog(s) on their routine so that they don’t get to missing you too much. I am happy to take them on walks, bring them to parks, and play with them all day long. I am also happy to just hang out and chill with them if that’s more their speed.
