Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Marie and I am excited to start this journey and having your pup part of it! I am a certified dog trainer and have been doing it for over 4 years and I absolutely love what I do but I want to start my own thing! I know how to give medication and I have had over 100s of dogs under my care! They are my world and while you are working or you can't take them for a walk because they pull too hard, I am your girl! I have a border collie/lab mix (Maddie) and a Frenchie (Hope). They are very active breeds and that's exactly how I am! I love to walk and run and I will do whatever your pup wants! I am very familiar with more aggressive pups and would love to work with them to get them on a walk! Please reach out if you are interested or have any further questions!

Maria has been an amazing sitter for my Great Dane puppy since he was about 5 months old until today at 10 months. She has always been very timely and my dog loves her! Follows instructions on my detailed feeding routine which includes both dry and wet food in the microwave. So thankful for her!
Marie is THE BEST! Our new rescue bully loved her instantly and even our people-shy rescue approached her upon first meeting, which has never happened before. We’re all huge Marie fans.
Marie has been fantastic on twice-a-week walks with my dog Drizzle. Drizzle's a 12-year-old Dalmatian and can sometimes be particular about interacting with other dogs; on the other hand, Drizzle LOVES people, and people are always VERY excited to see a Dalmatian in turn. Marie takes all of this in stride and makes sure Drizzle gets a nice walk, regardless of whether she's in a "go slow and sniff" mode or wants to hustle home. A few times I've been at home (skipping class, haha) when Marie comes to walk Drizzle and it's clear they're delighted to see one another! Marie writes detailed notes, sends cute photos from the walk, and even brought a purple raincoat for Drizzle when it rained one day. I have more all-day classes next semester and Drizzle and I will be happy to see Marie again!

Let me know if they are a little more unsure with new people or have some type of aggression, either resource guarding, food aggression, or people. I want to work with every dog but in a safely manner and if that's for me to come over to meet them before we even start the walking, I am more than happy to do so! Let me know what they like and what they don't like! Do they like people being super excited or super calm? The more you tell me about them, they better of a relationship I can build with them!
A typical day
I will let your pup smell as much as they want on their walk! It is such a great mental stimulation for them and gets them more tired than just walking consistently. I will research places around your home and take them to the parks near-by!
