Hi Everyone and Welcome! My name is Marianne. I'm passionate about all animals and support their protection (I’m a WWF member and an advocate for cruelty-free products). I've been surrounded by and taken care of animals since I was little (dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fishes and ponies), so I have a lot of experience and knowledges to take care of your pets. I'm a full time professional pet sitter and I take my job and the well-being and safety of all animals in my care very seriously. I chose this career because being with animals and taking care of them is pure happiness for me. I'm a trustworthy, conscientious, and skilled professional with plenty of experience with animals (different breeds and ages), including those with special needs, such as cats and dogs who are blind, deaf, have limited mobility, or pets with diabetes who need insulin injections, etc.. I am French and still learning English, so I am very thorough with my communication and take plenty of time to discuss and understand your pet's needs and safety. This was my first time booking with Rover and working with Marianne. I chose Marianne based on her excellent reviews, repeat clients, and profile which told me she's a real cat lover, and she completely lived up to those 5-star reviews. Marianne took excellent care of my two cats and home, and the daily photos and updates were very much appreciated. My cats are timid, and one fell in love with Marianne and the other at least came out of hiding when she was here. I will definitely hire Marianne again.
Marianna is the absolute best. She took excellent care of our kitty while we were away for vacation. We could tell from her photos our cat adored her. She was so thorough with her communication and updates. Highly reccomend!

When I get to know new pets, it is important for me to know if they have specific behavioral problems (or habits), their triggers and how to avoid or calm them down, so that it will be easier for me to care for them. I also like to take my time with clients and their dogs (and/or other pets) in order to correctly identify their needs, their boundaries and medical history, or any other information so that I will be able to provide them high quality care. READ CAREFULLY: IMPOTRANT NOTE 1- I don't have any breed preferences, however, I would prefer to avoid dogs/pets with aggressive tendencies. 2- I'm a petite person, but I'm ok to walk large and giant dogs (50+ Ibs) on the only condition that they are well trained to be on a leash and that they have good behavior. All this of course for the sake of safety and well-being for the dog as well as for myself. Thank you for your understanding and I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pet! Marianne :)
A typical day
Several activities could be of interest to your pet(s) depending on their personality and what they like to do: - Dogs: I can take a (short or long) walk with them, play hide and seek, fetch or cuddle, brush them, work on basic training, give them treats. I will adjust our activities to your dog(s) specific needs. :) - Cats: I can give them a lot of pets and cuddles (even belly rubs if your cat love that!) play with them with their toys (wands, laser pointers, etc), give them treats (and catnip ?!), brush them, spend some time building trust, or I may leave them be if that's what they prefer.... - Other kinds of animals (turtles, rabbits, hamsters, birds, fish, etc..): Interaction may be less than with dogs or cats, but I am more than willing to spend time with them doing things they enjoy.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I am fully booked for recurring weekly walks on Tuesdays but I have availability for the rest of the week. Thank you! :) I work most days throughout the year and during most holidays. I try to be as flexible as I can but nevertheless, please keep in mind I may have clients throughout the day and my availabily may vary. However, every pet always gets the best care, attention, and love they deserve and need! 🐶🐱🐰🐹 Bookings made well in advance are more likely to ensure availability and allow me to organize visits more easily to satisfy everyone. So, please don't forget to take a look at my calendar to check my availability, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me!
