I stewed on leaving a review…but this was a terrible visit. This sitter was able to meet and greet a day before the sitting was schedule. Within 5 minutes of the visit she informed me that I’ll need to be charged an extra 30% fee because of distance. Mind you, there was no mention of distance being an issue anywhere prior to her agreeing to the visit. Since the sitting was for the following day, I had to agree to that insane surcharge. The sitter also then informed me that she couldn’t do the times specified in the request so I made accommodations. Needed her at 230 she was able to be there at noon was the agreement now. Day of the sitting, 40min till noon she lets me know she can now be here at 230. I had already adjusted my schedule and asked if she could be there at 130 instead but refused stating “I moved my schedule around for 230”…again 40 min before noon she says this. All of this is documented on rover. This sitting was just shy of a hundred bucks and I got 1 picture and next to no updates on walks or playtime. 0-5 stars, would not recommend.
