*NOTE: I HAVE A FULL TIME JOB THAT IS MOSTLY REMOTE BUT REQUIRES SOME TRAVEL* I have owned/taken care of a lot of different animals since I was young, but have been pet sitting professionally for 6 years. The first animal I adopted when I turned 18 was a Siberian Husky, who is now 6 years old. I am very experienced with high energy, stubborn, shy, sassy, dogs. With that comes a lot of patience and lots of play time/activity! I also own two cats and love spending quality time with them. If your dog loves running, sniffing or chasing squirrels, I will follow their lead! If you have cats, I will cuddle/play with them, be in the same room as them, or give them as much space as they need!

Safety is very important to me! I believe in positive reinforcement and try to stay pretty close to your pet’s day-to-day schedule. I tend to keep a very close eye through out the day and provide potty breaks every 4 hours. When your pet is in my care, you can expect lots of cuddles, playtime, and lots of pics/vids! Communication is very important to me so naturally I like to give updates as the day goes by and will reach out with questions, if any.

I would like to know if your dog has any type of issue I should look out for, such as eating things on walks, pulls on leash, jumps on people, if they are reactive towards other dogs and/or people, and if they bite. Just basic information that will ensure the safety of the pup, and mine.
A typical day
I am comfortable taking dogs on long walks, and on car rides if needed. I have experience with crate training and simple command training. I have walked/cared for all types of dogs (big, small, pullers, sniffers, shy, puppies, old, etc.). On walks, I let the pup guide me through their neighborhood! It is especially helpful for the pups that are a little shy and don’t like to be too far from their home! When I pet sit, I typically like to be with your fur baby as much as possible pduring my booking. I usually do potty breaks and walks 4+ times a day, and include lots of playtime (indoor or outdoor) in between! I am comfortable if the pup likes to cuddle at night and I am a morning person so I love walking up early and following the owner’s schedule to a T!

Availability
As I mentioned above, I do have a full time job that is M-F 8am-5pm (most days). My job is usually fully remote, but we are going through a core conversion/merger so I have been doing a lot of travel because of it. I’m mostly available after 6pm on weekdays or all day mostly every weekend. If you need me for longer than a weekend, and you’re comfortable sharing your WIFI so I can work from your home, I would love to work something out!
