Hello, my name is Mariana (Mari), and I’m studying to become an Veterinary Technician, or an animal nurse. I want to work with all kinds of pets so I can better understand and help them so that I may someday turn my love for animals into a career. When I was little I had a sweet Pit Bull Mix who I trained to sit, stay and lay down, and to this day I can achieve all the same for other pets in need. Currently I care for my cat and dog, one of which I have raised since birth. I am dedicated to caring for pets of all sizes, medical needs and personalities, so much so that just recently I had gone across the country to care for family pets for nearly 4 weeks. I am an easygoing person who can follow whatever rules are set and I am prompt at responding to messages. I always strive to arrive on time, and if I ever run late I’ll let you know ahead of time. I will never put your pet through unnecessary stress and care for them as if they were my own. I can train puppies and I’m not afraid of cleaning up any accidents or of getting scratched. Whether it be walking, house-sitting or simply offering my time, I’ll always put your pets first in my book.
