I am currently a student doing online classes. I have an extremely flexible schedule and I live with my boyfriend (who is top rated on Rover) in about a 1200 sq foot loft with 14 foot ceilings which gives any pup more than enough space to play and sleep. I live in Fidi near Seaport Pier 17 in NYC where there are 2 local dog parks about 5 minutes away from the apartment and 2 animal hospitals including the Seaport Animal Hospital 1 minute away. The apartment is very clean as we have a house keeper come weekly to disinfect and sterilize the floors for a germ free environment. So on top of your pup staying in one of the biggest apartments on Rover in the downtown Manhattan Wall Street area, they will also have a private cleaning service as well as a semi-private walking area with flood lights, grass, and security routinely patrolling/cleaning so the little puppy will not get hurt on any litter/broken glass/or any other harmful substance left on the ground throughout the streets of New York. Also since the walking area is semi-private, this is also means it is away from cars and loud noises for those pups who scare easily to such things. Your pup is allowed on the furniture and there is a second floor in the apartment which is gated off completely in case any puppy gets curious. I will be readily available for bathroom breaks whenever needed. I will always be available for 24/7 contact as I understand how precious and important a pet can be for someone as I myself has been a dog owner in the past.
