Pet care experience
I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds. I'm a proud dog mom to a seven-year-old neutered male Amstaff (57lbs). My dog does well with other dogs and will enjoy touring our large fenced-in yard, showing your dog the best places to sniff. He does not have puppy energy and loves a couch potato life, so your dog will not be overwhelmed with his presence. I like to allow the dogs to go on about a 30-minute walk with each other before the initial face-to-face introduction. I'm diligent in making sure that the dogs are supervised at all times when together. We walk about 1.5-2 miles daily. Exercise can be modified to meet your dog's needs. We have a beautiful community to walk so dealing with transport won't be an issue. I do work from home. I am patient, reliable, and trustworthy. Upon request, I am able to provide a list of references. I will regularly send photos of their activities, along with messages as to how your pup is doing throughout the stay. Overall, I'm an overprotective and enthusiastic dog mom who will make sure your pup is provided the same quality of care as I would expect for my land seal!

I had Mariah watch my three dogs while I was vacationing in Costa Rica for three weeks last December. Mariah came twice a day to ensure all the dogs were let out and fed. She stayed about 30 minutes each time to ensure they got some exercise. I can't speak highly enough about her, her work ethic speaks for its self. I would recommend if you need someone to look after your dog or cat she is the person to contact. I am planning another vacation in the near future and I know without a doubt that my first phone call will be to Mariah to book her before she is booked up for the month.
Mariah is a very affectionate and attentive dog lover. She will go above and beyond to meet the needs of her clients. If you are looking for a walker/sitter that will shower your dog(s) with the same love and attention that you do, she is a perfect match!
Mariah has been an exceptionally caring friend to our dogs. She is very affectionate and nurturing while making sure they have plenty of exercise. You will be very happy to see her devotion to your pet!
I have two pets that are honestly like children to me-and I only trust two people in this world to watch them when I travel, my mother and Mariah. I can vacation in perfect peace knowing they are in good hands with Mariah. I totally trust her with their care! My youngest, Slim, has even grown to like Mariah more than he likes me!! That should hurt my feelings, but I'm just so glad he is happy with her taking care of him. I have a trip planned for September and have already asked Mariah to stay with them. I know they will be loved and cared for and very happy little animals!!

A typical day
The morning starts with stretching the legs in the backyard and enjoying morning cuddles. The afternoon includes the pups alternating between enjoying the sun in the yard and enjoying the couch inside. The longer walk occurs in the afternoon/early evening.

I work from home and will have the ability to monitor and engage with dogs throughout the day. They will be fed separately and have an open cage with a bed to provide them with a quiet place whenever they want.
