My love for animals is the reason I majored in Biology and Animal Behavior at Towson University (located near my hometown of Baltimore, MD). I graduated May 2017, and thought Rover would be a great way to feed my need for furry friends. I worked as a receptionist at Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital from 2016 - 2018, so I am well aware of the special care and attention pets require, as well as basic medications, vaccines, flea and tick preventative, etc. I can be fun and playful, or calm and collected depending on your pets needs and personality. I also have some experience with reptiles, rodents, amphibians, fish, and birds, so I can check on your other furry friends while I care for your cat or dog! I recently moved to Syracuse to attend graduate school at SU and am pursing a PhD in science teaching. I currently have two guinea pigs, Leonardo and Pierre.
