Pet care experience
I am a 22 year old passionate animal lover living in NE Portland, I wish I could have my own dog but I'm a ways of from being able to do that. In the mean time I would be ecstatic to help take loving care of your pup whatever your needs may be! I volunteered at my local humane society for multiple years in the kennels, walking dogs and playing with them at the shelter; I have gone through two sets of training experiences on dog handling. I grew up with dogs, one of which was diabetic, so I learned how to administer insulin shots. I have also had some experience caring for puppies 10 weeks old and older. I am reliable, responsible, and caring, I will keep good watch of your dog and am open to learning new information to help take the best care if your pup has extra needs.

Mariah helped us out on short notice taking care of our Black Lab. She was very responsible and communicative.
I've known Mariah since kindergarten, and she has always been a loving animal person! We would play with her two adorable pugs, as well as take my dog to the park with us. Mariah and I would often visit the humane society and play with the different dogs! She is enthusiastic, patient, trustworthy, and has a big heart- especially for furry friends. I highly recommend her as a responsible and loving dog caregiver.

A typical day
North East Portland has many large parks and playgrounds for dogs, one of my favorite ones is on Fremont off of MLK and has a great area for playing fetch and tossing the ball. I am open to walks, jogs, playing ball, or just taking it easy.
