My name is Maria Victoria, and I am a student at Babson College, living in NYC. I love dogs and all other animals and lately I have been missing the company of my own dog and other pets. So I thought it would be an amazing idea to become a pet sitter with Rover. I have had a variety of dogs including, Great Danes, Pointers and Dachshunds. So I am very comfortable dealing with very large dogs with a lot of energy to very small lazy dogs and everything in between. I am in school during the mid afternoon for around 3-4 hours Monday-Friday. So I am available most mornings and most afternoons and nights during the week and I am available during the weekends. I am very comfortable with older dogs that might need extra care or need to be given medication. I am ready to learn if your dog has any special needs and I will be sure to give him or her all my love and care!

Maria was so great! This was Ruby’s first time with a sitter as a puppy and they had so much fun, she was eating and playing and came home exhausted :)

Before dog sitting I would like to know if the dog(s) has any special needs so I can be sure to cater to those needs. For example I would like to know if he or she does not like to be touched, I know I love petting dogs, but I always ask before because sometimes dogs can become stressed. I would also like to know the breed, I do not have any preferences, however, some breeds are not allowed to stay over night in my building but all dogs are welcome to stay the day if needed.
A typical day
My apartment building has two very large, enclosed, grassy play areas for the dog(s) to play in and I have a dog park right next to my building where I can take your dog(s) for a nice walk along the Charles River.
