Reviews from my US profile can be found in the pictures :) Hi! I've moved over from the United States to Edinburgh for the year to pursue my MSc, and had to leave my sweet dog behind with my parents. I would love to get some quality dog time and take care of your pet at the same time! I have done Rover for the past two years in the US and enjoyed it very much. My own dog, Bagel, is a nervous dog and so I have experience with dogs with anxiety, reactive dogs, and things like administering medication. I know the feeling of not being able to leave your dog home alone, so I'd be more than happy to help care for your pet!

Maria was so good with our wee pup. She can be a bit nervous meeting people but she settled in straight away. Maria kept us up to date with all their adventures and sent us lots of photos. We’ll definitely be going back to Maria when we need a pup sitter in the future!

Please let me know if your dog takes any medication, likes to sleep in bed, or especially if they are anxious! I have a lot of experience with anxious dogs, as my own dog has anxiety and I've watched a number of anxious dogs before. Additionally, please let me know if your dog is talkative indoors! I live in an apartment building and need to be considerate of my neighbors.
A typical day
I love playing puzzle games with dogs! My pet, Bagel, can be reactive on leash so we've learned a lot of creative ways to keep him stimulated and tire him out when he can't handle being outside. I also love going for walks with a long lead or off leash, if your dog can handle that.

Availability
I am a full time student but am currently only in classes for a few hours a day. I can be home full time on the weekends, and most of the time during the weekdays! I do need flexibility to study at the library, so for longer sits I prefer dogs that can be left alone for a few hours.
