Pet care experience
Dogs have always been a part of my life. I grew up taking care of all kinds of breeds, from small Bichons to large Rottweilers, and all ages, from puppies to seniors with vision loss. I have experience with potty training and applying medications with needles. I care for other’s dogs as if they were my own - with a lot of love and the respect they deserve.

Maria was incredible we are so lucky to of had our first ever Rover experience with someone like her! ANU loved playing with the other dog that was there for day care and she kep us informed all day on their many trips to the park and training opportunities. Highly reccomend her. 🙏🏽☀️
Maria is wonderful. My dog seems to absolutely love her. She’s very flexible and has been willing to help me out with some walks that I booked pretty last minute. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

For returning clients, I recently had to move out of the house with a big yard, which was sad. My new home doesn’t have a big yard but it’s a great neighborhood for walking dogs, and Washington Park is super close by. Plus, my landlord allows dogs of any size, which is a big pro. It’s really important for me to pay special attention to your dog during walks, eating, play time, and naps, because I can learn a lot about their communication style, and their needs and preferences. I will be sure to accommodate my schedule to the needs of your pup.

Let me know if your dog has special needs or preferences so I can accommodate. I want to make sure that your dog’s time with me is enjoyable and seamless. Sometimes I am doing daycare and boarding simultaneously, so please let me know if your pup is not yet spayed or neutered, is not yet up to date on vaccinations, or just can't be around other dogs.
A typical day
Your dog will enjoy walks around the neighborhood and to the local park, where they can interact with other humans and dogs. I have toys that we can use to play tug of war and a ball to play fetch. If your dog loves receiving belly rubs, I love giving them. I promise, your dog will not be bored!

I work an administrative job Monday-Friday from home, so my schedule is flexible. I’d be able to do morning, afternoon, and evening walks, as well as overnight care either in your home or mine. My weekends are usually pretty open as well. Occasionally, I have to travel for work but I try to update my calendar ahead of time.
