Hi, My name is Maria and I love animals! My love for animals began when I was in middle school and my parents gifted me with a tiny shih tzu. Throughout my teenage years I raised my shih tzu Nikki and gained more shih tzu's along the way. As an adult I have dog sat for a lot of my closest family and friends and have taken care of different types of breeds including English bulldog, shih tzu mix, chihuahua, and chihuaha mix. (Also, other animals such as fish & red bearded dragons). I am familiar with the basic needs of animals and take great care of them. I love to take them out for walks, to parks, and absolutely love playing with them. Please consider me when choosing a sitter. I am reliable, honest, and caring. I can take your pet to any vet visit, to the park, feed them, give them water, and will follow any instruction that you give me to the fullest. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I was a child and it exponentially grew when I was in middle school when I got my beloved shih tzu Nikki. Once I entered high school my animal family grew and I had 4 shih tzu dog's and a chihuahua mix. I take great care of my pets by taking them to their vet visits, getting vaccinated, and making sure to provide them a healthy and safe environment. I have not only taken care of dogs, but cats and reptiles as well. With my basic animal knowledge I have been able to be an animal sitter for friends and family for many years. I enjoy being physically active and will take the animals with me every chance I get. My experience administering medication I will if you give me specific instructions. I will follow them as precise as possible. I am not available if you would like only day sitting as I have a full time job. I can do drop ins and overnight stays. I do have a cut off time of 6 p.m. the day of your arrival (last day of my visit) if you would like me to stay longer then (depending on what time) I can do a half day rate or it will be another full day's rate.
