I'm an animal lover for life - I've had cats and guinea pigs since I was a child and got my own dog 5 years ago. Since then, I've watched my friends pups for as long as a month at a time! I love cuddling them and going for walks in the park.

I do not have a yard, but walk in Balboa Park daily for the fresh air and grass. I have a crate available for use as well. Animals are allowed on the couch and beds, or can use a doggy bed on the floor. Please note: I have stairs so your dog must be ok with climbing them!

Please let me know how your dog likes to interact. Meeting new dogs can be stressful for both parties! Bringing a blanket or pillow that smells like home can make a new dog more calm. I always have treats on hand so inform me of any dietary restrictions as well.
A typical day
Nate's Point dog park is close for off leash playtime. In addition, I like taking pups for a stroll in Balboa Park. There are lots of shady places to walk on the grass, which is important for the hotter months.

Availability
I currently work from home, so any care routine is doable. Your pet won't be left alone, as I work from home and will be here the whole time. My home is quiet and calm, so ideal for a nervous or elderly dog.
