Hey there, I’m so glad you found me here! I’m a full time pet professional and I just relocated from NYC to Philly with my two dogs, Alexis and Mr. Chewie. I offer pet sitting, dog walking and dog behavior consulting services and have a lot of experience in working with dogs and cats who have big feelings about their environment (reactive, fearful, aggressive). As a pet parent I understand first hand how nerve wracking it can be to find a sitter for your beloved family member, that’s why I believe in full transparency as well as ethical, kind and safe practices. I will let you know of any changes in your pets behavior or demeanor as well as update you on their progress and any challenges we might encounter. The methods I use are based on learner centered and positive reinforcement practices. I allow my furry clients time to process things at their own pace and don’t use physical or psychological force unless it’s an emergency. In my experience establishing trust and good communication between me and my clients, both human and non-human, provides a great foundation to build a relationship that’ll last. Please note: Mr. Chewie (curly hair, pictured at the top) follows me to work often, he’s a pawfessional and will stay in his closed up carrier unless otherwise discussed. He’s great with other dogs and if your dog would benefit from a friend, I’ll be happy to talk you through my well established system for the introduction and progression.
