I grew up taking care of chickens, pigs, cows, dogs, cats, bunnies, parrots and a toucan! In 2005 I left my home country of Costa Rica and continued raising animals (mainly dogs and cats) as an adult. Today, I am fortunate enough to be a 50-something high-energy retiree with lots of free time and passion about animals. I understand how tough it can be on your fur babies to be in an unfamiliar environment when they are boarding somewhere else, or how it feels to have a stranger come take them on walks and playtime! I also understand how to distract, love and care for them in a way that makes the temporary change comfortable and calm. I only board one pet at a time (or multiple pets from one family) and have a ton of time to devote to cuddling and playing with your little one!
