Hello, Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. I'm grateful to have had many kinds of pets in my life since childhood. Together, my husband and I have been pet-parents for many years. We have also enjoyed volunteering with animal rescue and fostered several dogs; Which may or may not include a couple of foster-fails!

Our two Maltese stayed over at Maria’s for a week, they looked so happy from pictures Maria sent me everyday. We felt at ease that our babies were in good hands!
Maria and her family are great dog sitters, I have taken my dog Wiggles to Maria several times now.

I'd love to know what makes your pet happy. As your pet's caretaker, even the small details help me be my best. I'd like to know all about their personality and routine. It's essential that I know if there are any behavior or health issues. Does your pet get along with other animals and people? Does your pet have separation anxiety? Does your pet have food sensitivities or allergies? Is your pet taking medications? Is your pet up to date on vaccines? Is your pet crate trained? Is your dog leash trained? Is your dog house trained?
A typical day
Drop in pet care: I offer pet feeding and playtime with your pet in your home. I'm happy to follow your instructions for the personalized care of your pets while you are away. Dog walking: Your dog and I will enjoy a nice walk, on leash, around your neighborhood. Personalized instructions are welcome. Day Care: I offer day care for returning clients on select days of the week. Your pet will enjoy plenty of playtime, walks, and cuddles. I will give them their medication and food, if you provide it for their visit. Generally I accept one client at a time. This might include 2 or more pets from the same family. I will on occasion have bookings that overlap and will have two families at a time for a day or so. I will do everything I can to make sure all pets are well behaved together and get along. * For new customers I require a meet-and-greet to get to know you and your pet. Preferably a few days before the first booking.

Availability
Unless the dates are blocked off on my Rover calendar, I have a pretty flexible schedule most days of the week. Just ask me, sometimes it's possible to reschedule my week to accommodate 30 minute pet care services. I don't often do last minute scheduling, but on occasion I will when it's possible. With new clients, I require an initial meet-and-greet with you and your dog.
