Cancelled on us without any notifications. We were coming up from OC and thought multiple text no response. The day of booking travelling up I gave her my ETA then she responded with I'm sorry we are out of state with a family emergency. I understand this is the last thing on your mind when it comes to a family emergency but ample amount of time was given as this booking was booked weeks in advance. Not saying she isn't a good sitter but communication was key as we were left in a jangle on figuring out our situation.

Maria and her daughters were very caring and conscientious. Phoenix had a good time there including being in their backyard. We definitely will be back again!
