Pet care experience
I’ve started my dog sitting days 2 years ago and have longed for more ever since. I am experienced with dogs under 20lbs and have a safe and spacious yard good for fetching, stretching, potting and sun bathing. I live in a safe neighborhood for morning and afternoon strolls. I am patient and have a soft spot for our small furry friends. I work full-time with a flexible schedule, and for a dog friendly company. I work have work from home flexibility and have weekends off. My availability makes me a great candidate for those looking for a sitter for long weekends. I am available for dogs play dates and walks as well. I have a fenced and safe backyard. Spacious enough for fetching, stretching, potting and sunbathing. My dogs loves the company of other dogs and loves running around in the yard. With overnight stays we play outside in the morning and again at night. Afternoons usually call for a nice leashed walk around the neighborhood. Water stations outside to keep the dogs happy and hydrated at all times.

MarÃa Fernanda has been a godsend for us and our senior dog, Tuxedo. She is so receptive to his needs. He always comes home so happy whenever he spends time with her. Knowing he is in good hands let’s us have worry-free getaways. Maria is always so flexible with pick up and drop off times. She responds back quickly and even sends us updates on tux’s daily activities if we ask for them. I would highly recommend MarÃa Fernanda for anyone who needs a safe and reliable pet sitter.
My pup just came home from a 4 day stay with Maria Fernanda and would not hesitate to book her again! I received lots of updates and could tell that my dog was comfy and happy staying in her home the entire time I was away. Thank you for helping us out and we will definitely be calling you again!
Maria Fernanda took such good care of our dog. She sent me a lot of updates reassuring me that all was well and that mia (my dog) was having a great time. She was extremely flexible with time frames and just overall seemed like a really nice person who cares about animals. I would highly recommend her anyone looking for someone on Rover to work with. 10/10!
We were in vacationing in Napa and needed a sitter for an afternoon for our puppy. Fernanda was very nice and she and her dog Emi had a chill vibe which my pup appreciated right away. She provided photo and video updates where I could see our pup was happy and safe. I definitely recommend Fernanda.

Please let me know the basics: time and amount dog is used to eating and time the dogs is used to going to the bathroom. I’d like to know if the dog needs to be brushed and groomed daily. I’m used to brushing my yorkies teeth daily and don’t mind doing the same for yours! As a Yorkie owner I’m a big big fan of other Yorkies too!
A typical day
I like to take walks around the neighborhood. Play fetch in the yard or in a fenced in dog park. Jogging can also be fun! All depends on the dog’s personality and energy level.
