Pet care experience
I’ve always grown up owning several dogs. My whole family deeply loves and cares for them. Helping dogs, or any animal, is a deep passion of mine. I rescued my own dog a few years ago and have more love for her than anything else. I’d love to get the opportunity to help other dogs and give them the same affection and happiness! My goal is to make sure your pet is as comfortable, safe, and overjoyed as possible. I know it is stressful for some dogs to be in a new environment away from their family so I hope to make the process as easy and stress-free as I can.

I live in an apartment building but can easily walk them out to go to the bathroom. We have tons of grass spots around which is nice because most apartments don’t have that. Our community has lots of paved walkways and bridges to walk around on. There are dog parks near by or more secluded trails (if your dog isn’t friendly) that I would love to take them to so they can run out some energy. I am about 40 minutes from the beach but I don’t mind to drive them someplace like that as well. I have tons of dog toys for them to play with and a porch they can lay out on. When staying with me, they can sleep on the bed with me or on a dog bed if they prefer.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs I can account for. If your dog has any food allergies please let me know. I love to give healthy snacks throughout the day, such as fruits, peanut butter treats, lick mats and more. If there is anything particular that stresses them out or is a worry to you please don’t hesitate to share with me. Lastly, I do ask that your dog is up to date with their vaccinations and flea medication.
A typical day
Each dog is different and has its own personality. Not all dogs enjoy the same thing. I can do whatever your pet enjoys the most. We can go on hikes, play with toys, go to the park, bake fresh treats, cuddle at home, carrides, ect. I will ask for you to share with me your pets personal favorite activities so I can accommodate them.

Availability
I’m currently working as a nanny as well. I live in a nice apartment with my sister and dog. I have weekends off and my sister is always home when I am not. Your pet will constantly have affection and someone to play with. I will always have my phone on me and I also have cameras set up around my house to keep an extra eye on your pet if I’m away. I will update with as many photos and videos as you like. I know I love tons of pictures when I am away from my fur baby followed with multiple updates a day so I will definitely do the same for you. I can take your dog on long walks in the evening or morning or even somewhere to run free such as the park. I love doing anything outdoors so I don’t mind taking them on a long hike/adventure somewhere. If your pet isn’t friendly, i have no problem keeping mine and yours separated. I have worked with many unfriendly or nervous dogs and I know how to comfort them and keep them stress free. I have personally experienced the anxiety of leaving your pet in the hands of someone else, especially when they don’t get along with others. I would be more than happy to go over this with you and discuss what would make you and your pet most comfortable.
