Pet care experience
I have experience pet sitting and dog walking senior dogs with special needs and young rescue dogs that required a lot of time to trust the pet sitter. I also have experience with cats (senior cats). Puppies and kittens are more than welcome, I am eager to work and gain additional experience.

We have had a wonderful experience with Maria. We have used her twice for drop in visits with our two dogs and she has been very reliable and punctual. They’re tough customers, but I think they’re getting used to her and seem quite content when we get home. I will certainly be booking again.
Maria, is a caring, gentle and patient caregiver. She knows when to ask questions and when to trust her intuition. Her energy and ambition radiates off of her. I believe Maria has a nurturing touch and she creates safe/comfortable environments where ever she is. I have found that patience is always the answer when taking care of pets. Pets have needs and require a lot of time for their needs to be met. Needs can look different, ranging from extra enrichment activities to cleaning up after a potty accident to extra help climbing stairs to pretending to make their food bowl look interesting in order for pets to eat. Kitchen and bathroom garbage/trash must be closed shut with lid or completely out of reach in the home. Medicine procedures/instructions can be written out on paper or sticky notes and visible to look back on at any time (on refrigerator or table).

For doggy day care, I live near the University of Oklahoma so there is plenty of space to take your dogs on walks around the beautiful campus.

I have night class on Tuesday and Thursday. I go to school and I work as a student assistant. I am in the office everyday Monday-Friday.
