Pet care experience
I have prior experience with pet-sitting and dog walking. I ran my own pet-sitting business in high school where I had the responsibility of checking up on the pet(s), feeding and watering them, and going for walks. I have gotten great reviews from friends and neighbors who I took care of their pets while on vacation. I am most definitely a dog and cat person, I overall love being around animals! I love the outdoors so I love going on walks and getting my daily exercise in. I would say for any pet care taker is to have these of the following traits: motivated, caring, and passionate and those are the qualities I value with any job. I believe you need to be truly passionate about your commitment and honesty when working with clients.

Let me know if your pet(s) has any special needs or behavioral issues that needs attention too. If your pet has any medications that has to be given at a specific time, preferences on how they eat, what time they eat, etc. I want for the dog or any pet to be as comfortable and familiar with their surroundings while you’re away.
A typical day
I think it’s important to give the dog its best interest in getting their exercise in whether that’s letting them out and running around/playing fetch or going on a nice walk (if the weather permits). I love getting my exercise in and love to be outdoors! So that’s one of the key activities I’ll make sure your dog gets.
