I've grown up with dogs — large and small — for my entire life. I know how quickly they work their way into your heart and home. How sad it is to leave them in the morning and how exciting it is to be greeted by them upon your return. Dogs really are such loving creatures, which is why finding the right person to care for your animal in your absence is crucial. I can assure you that any dog that comes into my home is treated as if it were my own. I'm currently working from home, so I'm around during the day, meaning frequent bathroom breaks aren't a deal breaker. I'm a big fan of taking long walks on the shady side of the street and have been known to enjoy a game or two of catch (read: fetch).

Margot was great! It was my first time boarding Sampson with a stranger and I was quite anxious. We had a nice meet and greet, and Margot seemed to have just the right demeanor for my doggo. She sent photos and answered all my queries during the two + weeks. When I picked him up, he didn't show any signs of distress or neglect. Should the occasion arise I would gladly take Sampson back to Margot.
As a pug owner, I'm very selective about finding someone who will be attentive to the needs of a brachycephalic breed in the hot or cold months; and I absolutely trust Margot with my dog! She's reliable, experienced, and my dog LOVES her. I'd definitely recommend Margot for all four-legged friends large and small :)
Margot becomes her best self around dogs. Suddenly, she becomes her friendliest, most fun version of herself. Margot is always a responsible and caring human, but she takes it to the next level when a dog is in her care. I have trusted my own dogs (two standard poodles) to her several times, and they have returned happy, healthy, and well-walked.
Margot is an incredibly kind, thoughtful, and diligent person. As a colleague, I can attest first hand to her excellent communication, reliability, and overall positivity. As a (very good) friend, she's incredibly caring, patient, and fun to hang out with! We have a shared love of dogs - from her family dog to mine to strangers! Margot will be a great dog sitter/watcher/friend for anyone lucky enough to get her booked.
