With ten years of dog experience through dog sitting/walking, kennel/doggie day care employment, and foster/rescue work, I have experience with dogs of all breeds and sizes, from the teeny tiny to XL. I am a big fan of the bully breeds and 'special blend' rescue dogs. I am happy to work with (and love!) reactive, fearful, and other 'difficult' dogs. With seven years of rescue experience, I have worked with a multitude of dogs who need a little extra direction. I believe in positive reinforcement and redirection, not punishment, to help build a dog's confidence and improve behavior. I am also happy to work with medical and special needs dogs. I have fostered and cared for several dogs with special medical needs, from neurological disorders to sense disabilities (deafness, blindness, etc), and am comfortable with giving a little extra care as needed. I am typically available seven days a week for morning, afternoon, and evening walks in the Detroit area. Each visit includes one 30 minute walk through your neighborhood (or any other nearby place that your pup is comfortable) and lots of love!
