Pet care experience
I come from Italy and have been living in Munich for 5 years. I love this city and am working on improving my German. I grew up with cats and dogs. A year before moving to Germany, my parents welcomed a Great Dane puppy named Brenda. I was involved in her training with the guidance of a professional who taught me a lot. Now, she lives with my family in a house with a garden, enjoying the Italian weather alongside her older brother Pedro, a 14-year-old poodle. In January 2023, my boyfriend Joe and I decided it was time to expand our family, so we adopted Wilson, an Aussiedoodle. He adapts super well to other dogs and behaves excellently in all situations, he is the perfect playmate! Training him has been incredibly fun, and we love participating in courses like Spurkurs and Agility. Currently, we are not in a position to adopt a second dog, but we would love to host a guest from time to time. Wilson is not castrated.

I know personally Margherita as she is one of my dearest friends - but let me ensure you, my review will be based on objective reasons. Since I've known her, I've always had the chance to see closely the relationship she has with her dogs - a Poodle, a Great Dane and now also an Aussiedoodle - and her horse. I can say she is a patient, caring and careful guide for her pets. Detail oriented and forward thinking, I am confident she can be trusted under every aspect. Last summer, Margherita spent a week together with me and my dog Felipe. He is a rescued galgo with many fears and low tolerance for people, but Marghe approached him in the best possible way to build a balanced acquaintance. In a few days she was able to take him out for a walk - and that's a huge progress in our specific case! If we would live in the same city, would be a blessing for me to have Margherita as point of reference when I need someone to take care of my dog in my absence. Cheers.
Margherita hat schon häufig auf unsere Hündin Malou aufgepasst und wir waren jedes Mal rundum zufrieden. Wir wurden mehrmals täglich mit Fotos und Updates versorgt und konnten beobachten, was für eine gute Zeit Malou mit Margheritas eigenem Hund hatte. Die Nähe zum Englischen Garten und Luitpoldpark ist perfekt und Margherita verbringt sehr viel Zeit draußen mit den Hunden. Ihre Wohnung bietet viele Kuschelplätze und Malou freut sich jedes Mal über die riesige Auswahl an Spielzeug. Wenn wir sie vorbeibringen läuft sie gleich schwanzwedelnd zur Haustür - ich denke das ist Aussage genug :-)

Wilson is incredibly adaptable, switching between calmness and high energy effortlessly. He's a social butterfly, always eager to greet other dogs, and surprisingly, he's not possessive of his toys or food, possibly because he's quite picky about what he eats.
A typical day
I believe that for dogs, food and smells hold the greatest significance. Typically we take Wilson out for walks three or four times a day, but this can be adapted according to needs. alternating between walks designed to engage his sense of smell and off-leash time in the park where he can run and play with other dogs. At home, he enjoys periods of rest, savors his meals, and occasionally delights in boiled chicken and liver I prepare especially for him. He plays with his toys and enjoys some snacks. On rainy days when we can't go out much, we play indoor games to keep him entertained.

Availability
My boyfriend works from home consistently, while I have the flexibility to choose when to work from home, adjusting as needed. On weekdays, we ensure the dogs receive ample outdoor time, acknowledging its importance. Weekends can be fully dedicated to them.
