Hi !! I had my own pet care business in Los Angeles for nine years!! I offered group hikes ( 2-10 dogs), neighborhood solo and group walks, cat sitting, overnights and minor medical care. Took care of dogs of all kinds, cats, rabbits, snakes and chickens! I did a year as an assistant dog trainer and also worked with feral and non feral cats in rescue. I also managed a high end pet store for three years. Working with animals has always been my passion and my love in life and I have a ton of experience. My business was my own so I’ve dealt with just about every emergency you can imagine and Im super reliable. I just moved to the Cleveland area for love and a change of pace from the hectic city and am missing doing what I love ! Thanks for the chance to take care of your most loved ones :)

Margarita Jones was my dog walker for close to 5 years until she moved from Los Angeles. She was always 100% reliable, flexible with my unpredictable work schedule, and willing to help whenever she could. Most importantly my dogs loved her. They were as excited to see her come to walk them as they would be when I'd get home at the end of the day. She knows dogs very well and could easily handle my two rescues' quirky behaviors.
If you want to feel complete and total trust with someone caring for your pet, then Margarita is your best option! She has walked and given vacation care for my dogs for six years, and I've always trusted her judgment and valued the level of care she provides. She is communicative, caring and observant. If you tell her a specific concern about your pet, she listens and reports back to you. Margarita truly cares for animals and they absolutely LOVE HER. She's like the Mary Poppins of pet care! Plus you get great pictures while you're gone. Aside from that, she is a genuine, wonderful person whom I trust in my home and with the two most important creatures in my life.
Maya was my pet-sitter for 8 years (she had to stop when she moved out of state) and she is WONDERFUL! Maya is so sweet and she loves animals so much that I knew she actually cared about my cats, and she truly loved being able to spend time with them. It's a nice feeling knowing that when I'm away, my cats are still getting love and attention. Even my shy guy Felix warmed right up to her! When I get home, everything is clean and my cats are mellow and clearly well-cared for. Maya is THE BEST! I can't recommend her highly enough!

Respecting someone’s home and their routine in caring for it is also important, along with respecting your pet’s routine. I did A LOT of in home pet care over the nine years I had my business. And I learned a ton about just how important this bond and understanding is. Our home is our most sacred place. My clients would plan their vacations around my availability, because who wants someone they’re not so comfortable with. I respect this relationship a lot, and realize it’s a big deal to stay in someone’s home. I will show you that :)

A typical day
When I had my business in LA, I took dogs hiking every day. Now that I’m in PA, I’m rediscovering all the cool parks to hike and run in. I love Betzwood ( Betzwoof lol), McCaig and Valley Forge in particular. But there are so many ! Open to all kinds of outings and activities.

My schedule is pretty wide open for lots of beautiful pups and kits !! I have switched out of a full time career recently and only do part time semi regular work at the moment. Those days will be blocked on my calendar in advance.
