Pet care experience
What sets me apart from other sitters is I take just 1 dog/or if bonded a pair - and provide more intimate and focused care. I have experience with all ages (puppies - seniors); fostering, daycare and overnight stays. I have cared for deaf, blind and deaf breeder release, dogs on medications (eye drops, heart meds, and pain meds), and dogs that could not be picked up due to pain. Just 1 dog (or your bonded pair) for the weekend or just weekend daycare Sat or Sun. I can accept your small dogs up to 25 lbs (contrary to this app setting of 16 lbs) dog Friday evening and keep them until early Monday am. It is $25/night - and no additional fee for boarding the next day for 4-6 hrs (I just have to adjust your booking to end at the 24 hrs mark due to Rovers extended fee policy that I cannot unsubscribe to). We will have a meet and greet before boarding so I can introduce my maltese/shih tzu mix Rahnay who still retreats into a crate, make sure yours/mine get along, share details about meds, routine, and/or other important facts (favorite and not so favorite things). While in my care your dog has my attention. I live in a townhome with private streets and a grassy fenced area where they are safe and clean. I have a stroller for dogs who cannot walk far or can't get out on their own 4 legs.
Reviews
Margaret was fantastic! So knowledgeable and caring for our older dog. I never worried about our dog while in Margaret’s care. She truly has a love for dogs and will treat your pup as her own. I cannot recommend her enough!
Margaret was an amazing sitter for Turbo. He really enjoyed his 1 night stay! She pampered him with lots of walks and goodies. We were sent TONS of picture and communicating with Maragaret was super easy. She was very quick with responses. We hope to use her again in the future!
As always, our sweet Charley loved her time with Miss Maggie so much, I wasn't sure she wanted to come back home with us! Thank you for providing loving care for our girl. We are so lucky to have found you!
Maggie did an outstanding job taking care of our dog. She sent multiple pictures and updates about how Mazie was doing. She took Mazie on walks and took very good care of her. It was cold outside, and Maggie always had sweaters on her for warmth.

I have a fenced yard and walking area around private circle street - safe and grassy. Outside routine is 6:30am and 7:30pm (and noon if not too hot) - walking or in a stroller. Rain or shine we go out - just bundle up in dog rain coat..... or in a jacket when it's cold. Short brisk walks are enough in extreme conditions but it all depends upon the dog - what you want and their wellness. Meet and greet is required.

Information Margaret W. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for your furry friend I will ask that you get me educated on the needs, likes, and absolute musts so I can be at my best. Planning is everything and knowledge means success. Be sure to give me feeding instructions and food so your furbaby gets fed properly. Thank you for helping me provide great service and care.
A typical day
The best activity for dogs staying with me is a walk because there is so much to see within a short distance within my neighborhood or walking through the nearby MidTowne housing community. Inside they can play with smart toys where I have hidden tiny treats that they can smell but must figure out how to get. Always something stimulating going on and some do not require alot of my interaction.
