I've lived with dogs all my life. I live near a dog park where I take my small dog regularly. There are no children in my home. I am 58 years old. I have raised a boxer, bullmastiff, and Labrador retrievers. I have a small Jack Russell-Dachshund mix. She is a rescue and has been with me for almost four years. I have experience taking care of dogs, both in my home and away, for family members' dogs.

Margaret is a warm and responsible caregiver and I'll definitely seek her out the next time my two beagles need a place to stay. My two beagles were immediately drawn to her and they came back after their week away in great spirits. I would highly recommend her.
Margaret appeared to be a dog lover and a very pleasant person however one of my pets Dancer got hurt while she was taking them out for their exercise. I know it was an accident but that does not make me feel any better but she was very attentive and reported to me daily on Dancer's progress after taking her to the vet. I will use her again, if I was travelling out of the country or state.
Sorry! Margaret my dog came home, from since July she took a month to recover, not sure what happen to her but she was not herself. Thank you for the whatever care you provided her.
Meg was a very kind sitter for our elderly dog, Lucy. We were sad to hear that Lucy had some tummy trouble during her stay but relieved that Meg handled the situation and there were no lasting effects. Meg kept us informed on Lucy's stay throughout her two days. It was clear that Meg is an animal lover!

A typical day
I believe in a stress-free environment for my dog and the dogs in my care. There is no smoking allowed in my home. I comply with the feeding times and specific diets as directed by the parents of dogs in my care. There is a dog park about three miles from where I live where I can take dogs for regular exercise. The dogs can sleep in their owner-provided dog beds if that is what they prefer or in a spot of their choosing. Dogs in my care will always be supervised.
