Pet care experience
I have been a dog lover my whole life. I never had one growing up, but was always surrounded by friends and family's dogs and my world was complete. I have 4 dogs of my own now, 2 german shepherds, a pit/boxer, and a cur hound. I do not discriminate against any breed, I love all the bebes. Your furbaby will be treated with the most love and care, as if they were my own. If you are in the process of training and would like any assistance, I'd be happy to provide any tips or continue with the commands being worked on. I also have experience with providing medicine and grooming.

Margaret was a great dog sitter!! She sent us lots of pictures and updates and made our dogs feel comfortable and loved while we were gone for a long weekend. One of our dogs is very unsure of strangers but she warmed up to Margaret so quickly. We would definitely recommend her and plan to call her again the next time we need someone to look after our pup-pups!
Margaret was fantastic. Both of my dogs absolutely love her and she took great care of them. I have a dog that has some social difficulties and he loves and trusts Margaret, as do I! She is so great with him, and all 75 lbs of him immediately become a baby when she’s around. You can trust Margaret with your pets and routines!

A typical day
Depending on your dog's likes, I will cater to any and all of their needs. If they are active with toys, I will gladly play with them hours on end. I have 2 German shepherds that love scent work and staying active, therefore I know what is expected with the higher energy dogs. And lots of walkies!

Availability
I currently work a full time Mon-Fri 8-5p job. I can help with walks/potty breaks from 6p-9p on those days. Sunday from 8am-11am I volunteer at the shelter but am still available. Saturdays are completely open. For any overnight stays, I'd only leave for work other than that, I'd stay in your home with your furbabies to give them all my love and attention.
