I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs of all kinds for the past 50 years. I specialize in taking care of cats. My late family cat was cared for and loved for 23 years. I currently have a cat, Quinn, and often pet sit for my daughter’s cat Kiki. Since I am retired, I am the go to person to take care of my friends’ pets when they go out of town. I enjoy the new bonds I form with each unique fur baby, and look forward to forming one with yours!

Margaret cared for our rescue lab mix Danny for nearly 10 years when we went on vacations. Danny was a sweet boy, but not the best behaved pup in the world! She was loving and patient with him, she always went the extra mile to walk him even in the depth of winter, and he loved all the time and attention he received when in her care. When we pulled up to her house to drop him off he bounded up the stairs with excitement. Quite a difference from dropping him off at a local kennel where he whined and cried as soon as he caught a whiff of where he was going. Margaret always kept us updated on how Danny was doing while he was staying with her, and we always knew he was happy and safe in her care. I highly recommend Margaret for petsitting!
I have been a trusted pet sitter for nearly 20 years, and the one person I have to thank for my success is my mother. She taught me how to treat our pets as family. Growing up, we raised and inevitably lost these family members together. We learned how to closely observe their behavior and recognize differences in their routines, and became better pet caretakers in the process. I now have a cat of my own, Kiki. Long story short- Kiki came home with me from abroad, which was no easy feat, and she would not be thriving today if not for the help of my mother. Margaret has been called the cat whisperer and this is no lie! She’s been entrusted with caring for many pets over the years. I highly recommend Margaret to care for your pet, as she will treat your fur baby as her own.
You cold not find a better cat sitter. Margaret loves cats and I would call her a cat whisperer. My spicy tortoise cat does not like anyone except me and Margaret. I trust her completely for her kindness, honesty and compassion. She is trustworthy and will do the job you ask her to do. You would be lucky if she is available to watch your precious cats. 🐈
