I've had pets in my home for over two decades, but I now have an empty nest. With my work and travel schedule, I don't feel like I have time for a new pet full time. However, I miss having furry friends around when I'm in town, so I'd love to host and love on your pet when I have the time! I live in a townhouse with a small fenced in backyard. There are lots of places in my neighborhood to take walks or go for a run, which I do anyway. I know how valuable having a caring pet sitter is, as my elderly cat needed extra special care in his last years. I had to give him subcutaneous fluids and several medications daily, and it was difficult to find a sitter who could meet his needs. I also know how hard it can be to find people to care for certain breeds of dogs, and I am open to caring for some of the breeds that others might not.
