Pet care experience
I have had dogs and cats my whole life! Since I was a child, nothing has brought me more joy than caring for our furry family members. I am starting graduate school in the fall and would love the opportunity to spend time with your pets to relieve stress for both of us! I especially love getting to hang out with cats as I can't have any of my own :) I have cared for many special needs (blind, deaf, hernias, chronic pain, severe anxiety, diabetes, etc) pets throughout my life. I am comfortable administering medication and learning how to accommodate your dog so that they can thrive. Puppies/kittens and geriatric pets are also no problem for me, as I have cared for all ages! Currently, my wife and I have both a young, 85 lb, German Shepherd mix and a mature, blind, dachsund mix, so I know range! I also have experience with other kinds of pets, including birds, fish, and hamsters, so I'm open to anything!

My philosophy with walks and drop-ins is really to cater them to each individual pet, so let me know what yours would like! I especially have a soft spot for special needs dogs, as I have a blind dog myself and feel super capable of giving them the tailored care they need.
A typical day
I will take dogs where they want to go! Let me know if your dog has a favorite path or park to walk to. I also love to do training and games with your pet - I do agility work with my own and am always willing to help your dog learn new tricks!

I’m currently doing Rover full-time, so my schedule is pretty open! I am currently limiting midday walk clients to Capitol Hill and the Central District however.
